BOSS GAMER PACKAGE
$65.00 Per Hour
This package puts you and your party in the middle of the action!
We reserve one of the party rooms for you and your guests. You will get three full access passes with your first hour reservation. All of your guests get a special admission rate of $7 for the full access pass. Unlike a lot of the other guys out there you MAY bring in your favorite party food and cake. That’s right! And unlike a lot of the other guys, just because the party’s over doesn’t mean the fun stops. All guest passes are unlimited all day passes so your guests can stay and work off that cake while trying for the best score on their favorite game!
Times for Boss Gamer package may be reserved from:
Tuesday-Saturday 12 p.m. -8 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m.-7 p.m.
Party basics:
All events must be PRE-SCHEDULED — BOOKED by Flashback Games staff (can’t just show up and have a party)
Our events serve guests of all ages
Do not bring noisemakers or fireworks
You agree to monitor your guests behavior ( I.E. Make sure your guests follow the arcade rules. destructive guests will be asked to leave.)
Outside food is allowed.
Outside drinks are allowed : No outside alcohol
Doors will not open / space will not be available until it is 5 to 15 minutes before you event
Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled party date for the Master Gamer and for the first hour of the Boss Gamer party ( for Boss Gamer parties that are booked for 2+ hours, the $65 deposit is non refundable) after that the deposit becomes non refundable except for store credit. Deposits are non refundable for a rescheduled party after original party scheduled date ( refunds after scheduled party date are handle by giving store credit).
MASTER GAMER PACKAGE
$265 for Two Hours
Ever dream what it would be like to have your own private arcade?
MAKE A DREAM A REALITY!
You and up to 50 guests Max. will get the thrill of unrestricted arcade gaming nirvana! The whole arcade is yours and yours alone for two hours. You may decorate it to suit your needs and bring your favorite party food and cake. All guests get full access admission for the entire day! When the party ends the fun keeps on going. Yes! You may leave and come back on the same day. We would love to help you make this dream come true.
Master Gamer package (Private Party) times are:
Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m
Sunday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
